Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.
